We are very happy that so many of you came to our Annual Ice Skating Party this year!
This year we launched our first official Space Center Orthodontics T-shirt that were given out at the party. As you can see in the pictures, most of you all put them on and wore them.

May 2008 Limo Ride

Katelyn Vlahovich was the lucky winner of the Limo Ride and Pizza Party drawing in May. A limousine picked up Katelyn and 9 of her friends from her home and drove them for a fun Pizza party at Mr. Gattis. Thank you Katelyn for your confidence in Dr. Bhagia and our staff. Dr. Bhagia and his wife Preity welcomed their first baby, Shaan Bhagia into this world on Sep 14th 2007.

He weighed 6 lbs 3oz and measured 18.5 inches. Mom and baby are both healthy and happy.

The proud parents are immensely enjoying this new phase in their lives.

Another Successful Candy Buy Back – 2007

Thank you for making our Halloween Candy Buy back program so successful. The local newspapers ran announcements for the event too, so we got candy back from a large part of the community.

Over 60 lbs of candy were collected and donated to Texas Children's Hospital.

We sponsored many scholarships at the local area schools for the academic year 2004-2005. Many bright and deserving students were awarded scholarships by Dr. Bhagia.

Dr. Vijay Bhagia and the staff of Space Center Orthodontics talked to over 500 students at Weiss Middle School. They showed a funny video and discussed the importance of dental hygiene and the role of braces in achieving a perfect, healthy smile. This speech was followed by a Q&A session where Dr. Bhagia answered all queries the students had. A toothbrush and toothpaste in a convenient 3 ring binder pouch was given to every student who attended the presentation.

Dr. Bhagia also spoke to students at Dickinson High School and gave them advice on orthodontics and related fields, as a career. He also gave the students toothbrushes, toothpastes and pencils.

Space Center Orthodontics Participated in the Friendswood Area Halloween Carnival Organized by the Friendswood Chamber of Commerce

Dr. Bhagia and his staff were at the Halloween Carnival dressed up as aliens. They passed out candy and magic color changing pencils to all the little witches, goblins and spider men! They also held a raffle and gave away cool prizes with lots of candy and gift certificates for Blockbuster Video.
